Medical aestheticsOld Town Scottsdale
Sera is a nurse-practitioner–led studio for people who want their skin looked at closely, treated thoughtfully and never overdone. Every plan begins with a conversation.
Pl. ISkin, at rest — the start of every plan.
Our philosophy
Pl. IITexture, studied up close.
Every visit to Sera begins the same way: with time. Time to look closely at your skin under honest light, to ask what you have tried and what you hope for, and to explain plainly what is — and isn’t — likely to help.
We keep our menu deliberately short. Each treatment earns its place because our practitioners understand it deeply, perform it often, and know when to suggest something gentler — or nothing at all.
We would rather do one thing beautifully than ten things quickly.
01—Assess
A thorough consultation and skin analysis before anything is recommended.
02—Treat
Precise, measured care from our nurse-practitioner team — never rushed.
03—Maintain
A written home plan, with follow-ups timed to how your skin responds.
Treatments & pricing
A short, considered list. Prices are starting points in USD — your plan is confirmed at consultation.
Hands-on, unhurried facials built around what your skin is doing today — not a fixed script.
Double cleanse, gentle exfoliation, careful extractions and a mask chosen on the day.
60 min
Suction-assisted deep cleanse followed by a slow infusion of hydrating serums.
50 min
A tiered peel to refine texture and even tone; strength set at consultation.
45 min
Fine, controlled micro-channels to support the skin’s own renewal. Numbing included.
75 min
Conservative by default. Every injectable plan starts with a conversation and a close look at how your face moves.
A wrinkle relaxer to soften expression lines across the forehead, brow and eyes.
30 min
Hyaluronic acid filler for subtle support in the lips, cheeks or jawline.
45–60 min
A no-pressure assessment and written plan, with or without treatment on the day.
30 min
Light-based treatments planned in a series, timed around the Arizona sun and your calendar.
Gradual reduction for face or body. Most guests plan a series of sessions.
15–60 min
Broadband light to soften the look of sun spots, freckling and redness.
45 min
A quiet session under red light to settle skin after treatment.
20 min
Skin doesn’t stop at the jawline. Considered care for the back, hands, décolleté and beyond.
An honest look at non-surgical options and whether they suit your goals.
30 min
Deep cleanse, exfoliation and extractions for hard-to-reach skin.
60 min
A light peel and rich hydration for the places that show sun first.
40 min
Injectable and laser treatments require a consultation with one of our nurse practitioners. Results vary from person to person; we will always tell you honestly what to expect.
The visit
A first appointment runs about ninety minutes. Nothing is rushed, and nothing happens without your say.
A quiet lounge, a warm cup of tea and a short intake. We read your notes before you sit down.
Your practitioner looks closely — good light, magnification — and asks about your routine, history and goals.
The treatment itself, unhurried. We explain each step as we go and check in on comfort throughout.
A few still minutes, then a written plan: home care, timing, and what to expect in the weeks ahead.
Results & reviews
We measure success by how comfortable you feel in your own skin — and by how many guests return, and send the people they love.
Illustrative figures for a concept site.
4.9 / 5
Average rating across 640 guest reviews collected after each visit.
“I came in for a facial and left with a plan. Nobody tried to sell me something I didn’t need.”
“The most careful injector I’ve met. Subtle enough that people only say I look rested.”
“Calm, spotless and genuinely unhurried. My skin has never been this consistent.”
